We’re seeking a Frontend Developer / Software Engineer who thrives in an experimental and fast-paced growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who embraces dynamic challenges, loves rapid iteration, and is excited by the prospect of experimenting with cutting-edge solutions to unlock user growth and engagement.

You’ll play a central role in crafting exceptional user experiences on UI interfaces for our core product, Recraft and bring innovative ideas to life through scalable and maintainable code while driving experiments to optimize user outcomes. This is a high-impact role where adaptability, creativity, and speed are key.

• Collaborate with Product managers, Engineers, and Developers to shape and rapidly deliver experimental features aimed at driving growth and engagement.  
• Build reusable, modular, and high-performance frontend components to support iterative testing and feature deployment.  
• Optimize the platform for speed, scalability, and reliability, with a focus on user growth metrics.  
• Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate ideas and improve the user journey.  
• Identify, prioritise, and solve front-end challenges with a data-driven mindset.  
• Maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code focusing on rapid delivery and iteration. 
• Actively propose and implement process improvements to streamline experimentation and reduce time-to-market.  
• Stay ahead of trends in front-end development, leveraging the latest tools and frameworks to gain a competitive edge.

• You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and are motivated by solving complex problems creatively.  
• A passion for rapid iteration, experience in A/B testing, and data-informed decision-making.  
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic startup environment.  
• Over 4 years of experience in Software Engineering.  
• Advanced knowledge of React and modern frontend technologies.  
• Familiarity with performance optimisation, algorithms, and scalable architecture.  
• You’re not afraid to dig into unfamiliar codebases, experiment with new ideas, and take bold risks.
