Job Description
As a Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in shaping and following Recraft’s voice — creating engaging, high-impact content across multiple formats and platforms. From product emails and UX writing to in-depth case studies and SEO-driven articles, you’ll craft narratives that resonate with our audience and fuel our brand’s growth. You’ll be a key support to our Head of Copy, helping to craft compelling messaging and streamline content strategies.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure the messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with our strategy. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, excel at juggling multiple projects, and have a passion for storytelling, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality copy across a variety of formats:
- Product emails & UX microcopy
- Blog posts, case studies & SEO-optimized articles
- Guides, tutorials & marketing landing pages
- Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all written materials.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to craft engaging content.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, user-friendly messaging.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and tone-of-voice alignment.
Requirements
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing (or a related field).
- 4+ years of experience in English writing, with a portfolio showcasing a range of work (e.g., UX copy, product emails, guides, tutorials, blog posts, case studies, and SEO-optimized articles)
- Proven ability to write across multiple formats and adapt tone for different audiences.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- SEO knowledge and ability to write content optimized for search.
- High level of grammar, punctuation, and editorial skills.
- Bonus: Experience with Webflow.
