Achieve a more refined and personalized visual output by combining reference-based style generation with specific prompt instructions
Now, creators from the Recraft community can achieve a more refined and personalized visual output by combining reference-based style generation with specific prompt instructions.
When user uploads a reference to Recraft, it will automatically create a style that matches the reference's geometry, colors, and other key elements. However, specific stylistic details can be difficult to interpret from a reference image alone. This is where prompt engineering comes in handy.
For example, suppose a creator wants all created characters to share a similar visual style and hold a guitar. While the reference might guide Recraft in replicating the overall look, it won’t inherently understand that a guitar should be part of each character’s design. To achieve this, users can add a style prompt specifying that a guitar must be included.
Prompt engineering isn’t limited to adding objects like a guitar or setting the time of day. It also allows to control stylistic nuances, such as ensuring characters have exceptionally round eyes, a prominent nose, or a specific texture. Users can refine the generated visuals by adding these detailed prompts to align perfectly with their creative vision.
With the updated menu in Recraft, users can easily combine style and scene prompts to gain complete creative control over their projects. This integration ensures that every visual output is well-rounded, cohesive, and tailored to the designer's intent.
