Since launching Recraft, we’ve offered a valuable free plan and a promotional Early Recrafter plan to gather feedback and involve early adopters in our product development. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.
Recraft now has 1M+ users, with 200M+ AI images generated.
While we’re dedicated to offering the best AI design tool on the market, we needed to adjust our pricing to support our growing, world-class team and rising expenses.
We’ve created multiple subscription plans while maintaining a generous free option, ensuring everyone has access to Recraft. With higher plans, you receive monthly credits, priority image generation and the unlock of additional perks:
Free: Ideal for those exploring AI image generation. You get access to the Recraft platform and its suite of AI tools.
Basic: Perfect for beginners who need private images, ownership and require faster, priority image generation. It also unlocks access to the Creative Upscale tool.
Advanced: Recommended for designers looking to elevate their work. Offers additional credits for higher usage at a lower cost per unit.
Pro: Tailored for professional designers focused on content at scale.

Credits are spent every time you produce an image in Recraft. An image is produced by generating one from scratch or by modifying it using a tool like Modify Region or Remove Background. Producing a single raster image uses 1 credit, and producing a single vector image uses 2. Creating or converting an image into a mockup also uses 2 credits, while the Creative Upscale tool uses 20.

Credits are reset daily for free users and monthly for subscribers. Top-up credits do not expire. Top-up credit prices and conditions are experimental and subject to change.
